Gamze SaraçoÄŸlu, one of Turkey's successful fashion designers, graduated from Işık University, Department of Business Administration in English. SaraçoÄŸlu, who graduated from Parsons School of Design New York with a degree in Fashion Design, completed her fashion education at Central Saint Martins Collage of Art and Design London.
Gamze SaraçoÄŸlu, who started her career in New York as a designer assistant at the Donna Karan brand, laid the foundations of her eponymous brand in 2005 and exhibited her first collection at Istanbul Fashion Week in 2009. SaraçoÄŸlu, who was awarded the 'Fashion Designer of the Year' award by Işık University in 2011, was elected Vice President of the Fashion Designers Association in 2012.
Continuing her career by designing special Haute Couture products for more than fifteen years, successful fashion designer Gamze SaraçoÄŸlu, in addition to these works, is one of the leading names in the world and Turkey, such as Zara, H&M, Marks & Spencer, Boyner, Damat, Mudo, Ä°nci and LC Waikiki with her creative consultancy experience. He created collections that made an impact for leading retail brands. In 2018, SaraçoÄŸlu signed an international cooperation with The Walt Disney Company and prepared capsule collections called “Inspired by Mickey” with Penti, Hayat Su and Taç Linens to celebrate the 90th anniversary of Disney's iconic hero Mickey Mouse worldwide. . In addition to fashion designs, Gamze SaraçoÄŸlu designed uniforms by giving production and design consultancy to successful companies in different sectors such as Turkcell, Aras Kargo, Anadolu Efes and Petrol Ofisi. In addition to these experiences, SaraçoÄŸlu has designed costumes for Turkey's leading actors for the theater plays Kim Afraid, Hain Kurttan, A New Song and Dust.
SaraçoÄŸlu, who has been teaching Clothing Design at Mimar Sinan University since 2008, exhibits her ready-to-wear and haute couture collections in her showroom in NiÅŸantaşı. The successful designer continues to provide Collection Design and Creative Consulting services to retail brands and companies in different sectors under the umbrella of Gamze SaraçoÄŸlu Fashion Design Studio.
